Monthly Tuition

All tuition payments will be due on the 1st of the month. If your tuition payment is not made by the 15th of the month, you will be charged a late fee of $15.00 each month, until the payment is made. $25 fee for returned checks, in addition to the balance owed plus any late fees that have occurred. All accounts must remain current and up to date with payments or your child may lose their class spot. If you contact us in advance, we are more than willing to make payment arrangements with you to avoid late fees. You must contact us before the 7th of the month to make payment arrangements. If tuition and late fee payments are not made by the end of the month, your child will not be able to attend classes. This means that in order for your child to return to class, all payments, included late fees, must be paid in full.  No refunds will be given.

Cancelation Policy

We assume your child is enrolled until otherwise notified by a parent. Parents may notify us by phone, email, text message. Tuition and late fees will be due until proper notification is given. Notification is required before the first of the month in order to avoid upcoming tuition.

No refunds will be given.

Missed Classes

If your child misses a class, that class is forfeited. No refunds or account credits
will be given. We will prorate tuition for 2 vacation days per calendar year as long as we are notified before the first of the month. Please notify us by phone, email, text message.

Vacation, Closures, etc.

If notice is given before the 1st of the month, we will allow for 2 account credits for vacation days, per calendar year, once your child has been enrolled for a consecutive 5 months.

In the event of a community emergency, such as a hurricane, building damage, child safety concerns, we will follow the policy set by the school systems in our area. Refunds or credits will not be given to families in the event of any school closures including holiday closures. We will follow the public school closures of Pasco, Hillsborough and Hernando counties.

 

Tumbling Bugs schedules 4 classes per monthly session. If there are 5 weeks in a month, we will not hold class on the 5th week. Monthly schedules will be posted on Procare. Photos of your child of your child in class will be posted on the Procare app. Please note: For the safety of our students, we do not take pictures every class. Some classes students will need more assistance and we will not be able to safely step away to take photos. Photos are occasionally posted on our Facebook page, if you do not want your child's picture to be posted, you must notify us upon signing up.
