Policies and Procedures

Enrollment

Enrollment is open to children ages 2-5 and is completed online through our Procare registration system.  Please click on the register tab to enroll your child. You may also enroll your child by filling out a registration form and returning it your child's school. Enrollment is ongoing and placement in class is not guaranteed until registration is complete and payment is made. 

Monthly Tuition

Once enrolled, tuition is billed on a recurring monthly basis through ProCare. Tuition payments will be due on the 1st of the month.

 

If your tuition payment is not received by the 15th of the month, a $15 late fee will be applied each month until the balance is paid in full. A $25 fee will be charged for any returned checks. 

 

Failed or declined payments may result in temporary suspension from class until the account is brought current.

 

If you anticipate difficulty making a payment, please contact us in advance. We are happy to work with families to make payment arrangements and help avoid late fees or suspensions. Payment arrangement must be requested no later than the 7th of the month.

Missed Classes

No refunds or credits are given for missed classes due to illness, vacation, school closure, school events, or any other absence.

Class Schedule

Tumbling Bugs schedules four (4) classes per monthly session. If a month includes a fifth week, no class will be held during that fifth week. 

Disenrollment/
Cancellation

Families must submit a disenrollment request. 

Disenrollment requests must be submitted at least 5 days prior to the next billing cycle to avoid being charged. No refunds will be given.

Verbal or written notice to instructors or daycare staff does not constitute official disenrollment.

Once processed, the child will be removed from the class roster and billing will stop according to the notice period. 

Class Expectations & Behavior

Gymnastics classes are structured and require children to follow directions for safety. 

Children must be able to participate safely within a group setting.

If a child's behavior disrupts the class or poses a safety concern, your child may be removed from that day's class. No refunds or credits will be given.

In rare cases, we reserve the right to discontinue a child's enrollment if a safe and positive learning environment cannot be maintained. 

Photos & Media

Photos of your child during class may be posted to the ProCare app. For the safety of our students, photos are not taken every class, as some students require additional supervision and instructors may not be able to step away to take photos. 

Photos/video may also be occasionally shared on our website Facebook page. If you do not wish for your child's photo to be posted, you must notify us at the time of enrollment. 

Liability Waiver

Participation in gymnastics involves physical activity and inherent risk. By enrolling, parents/guardians acknowledge and accept these risks and agree to the liability waiver completed during registration. 

Communication

Because classes take place during the school day, communication with parents is handled primarily through email and ProCare. Please ensure your contact information is up to date.

To avoid miscommunication, please do not leave messages for us with daycare staff. Please contact us directly. 

Vacation Credit

Emergency & School Closures

If notice is provided before the 1st of the month, families may receive up to two (2) account credits per calendar year for vacation days.

In the event of a community emergency (including but not limited to hurricanes, facility damage, or child safety concerns), we will follow the policies and closure of the local school systems

(Hillsborough, Pasco, Hernando County.)

Policy Changes

We reserve the right to update or modify these policies at any time. changes will be posted on our website.
